Friday August 10th (Only registered paricipants)
Study visit at Pininfarina Sweden in Uddevalla where the Volvo C70 is manufactured. Or study visit at Volvo Cars Body Components in Olofström where Volvo sheet metal body components have been manufactured since 1927. Agenda according to booked program. Check-in at a place you will be informed of. N.B! It is not possible to join during the day.
Uddevalla
The study visit at Pininfarina in Uddevalla is divided into two groups. The first group will start at 9 AM and the second group will start at 1 PM. Both groups have the opportunity for a lunch at Pininfarinas restaurant, the first group after and the second group before the visit. As last year, we are allowed to park our heritage Volvo cars in front of the main building on the factory area. For sure, this will be a beautiful sight to see all the fine Volvo cars. In the evening we will meet at 6 PM on the parking place in front of the Bohuslän Museum in Uddevalla City. The parking place lies at Bastionsgatan / Museigatan. From this place, we will start at 7 PM to a nice restaurant outside of Uddevalla where we will have dinner a la carte to end the first VROM day.
Olofström
The study visit in Olofström is divided into 4 groups. Two with study visit program 11.00 to 12.00 and the other two 13.00 to 14.00. For the two late groups there will be a visit to the Olofström Vehicle Museum before lunch. For the two early groups it will be possible to visit the Vehicle Museum after lunch.All participants will be parking their classic Volvos outside the övre Fabriken (Upper Plant) where the study visit will take place.In the evening there will be a social event. We will have to come back with the details. We are sure we will end this first day of VROM in a nice way.For more informationj about accomodation in Olofström contact Olofström Tourist Office.
Saturday August 11th 2007 (Only registered paricipants)
VROM Rally from Uddevalla (100 km) or Olofström (270 km) to Arendal in Göteborg. After these tourrs from north and from south you will arrive at the Arendal area close to the Volvo Museum at about 5 pm- Food and beverages will be sold then.

On Saturday morning we will meet at 10 AM on the same parking place to start our VROM rally. Before you start the rally, we recommend a good breakfast; otherwise you have the opportunity to have lunch at the Bohuslän Museum. Even a McDonalds is around the corner. The start will be between 11 AM and 12.30 AM. So we have enough time to drive to Arendal and we can make a longer break on our way without needing to hurry up. Later in the afternoon we will arrive at Arendal where we will park our cars on the new VROM area. Here, you can get some food and maybe the first market salesmen have arrived to sell Volvo parts
Olofström
On Saturday morning we meet at 09.00 to leave for Göteborg. It is an estimated nice drive of 5 hours with an old car.Later in the afternoon we will arrive at Arendal where we will park our cars on the new VROM area. Exhibition day with international Volvo Meet and Spare Parts Market. In Arendal, close to the Volvo Museum. 9 am to 3 pm you can see hundreds of classic Volvo cars. This year is the 80 years anniversary of Volvo.Spare Parts Market with over 100 salesmen with spare parts for your Volvo. Information about the swedish Volvo clubs. Food and beverages are sold. No entrance fee but 40 SEK parking fee for those who do not come in a classic VolvoIf you are driving a classic Volvo older than 20 years or a 480, 262C, 780 or 200 series, you are welcome to the meeting.
